Production Process

We refined our machining expertise and continued to introduce all types of advanced machinery such as CNC lathes and millings. After decades as being a leading agricultural machinery manufacturer in power sprayer area, NIAN has continued to maintain our core competency and manufactured a variety of different products such as cleaning machines and agricultural high-pressure pumps.

In order to supply good quality products, we always strive for continuous improvement. We have put the worldwide process and quality standard into practice for consistent quality performance. Our dedicated engineers and testing facilities review processes at every step, looking for ways to increase the quality and reliability of our Power Sprayers products.

NIAN have been exported to Europe, Asia and the Americas where they have won praise for their quality. As NIAN grew rapidly, improvements were made in production and quality control procedures, and accordingly NIAN was approved with ISO9001, ISO 13485 and GMP standards successively.
